Job Description:

Reporting directly to the General Manager of the IT business unit, you will have ultimate responsibility for full spectrum of HR functions for the BU. This will be a very hands-on role which you will manage human resources, administration, finance and accounting functions. Key responsibilities cover implementation of corporate policies and procedures as well as development of internal communication strategies to support the corporate business direction. You will also work as a HR business partner of the management team to offer insightful advice and consultation on all human resources matters.

The Successful Applicant:

The successful candidate will be a degree holder with at least 5 years' experience in a HR generalist function. Experience gained from sizable corporation and multinational is advantageous. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English & Cantonese/Mandarin is required.
