Still growing at a remarkable rate in South China market, our client is now seeking for experienced financial analyst to support their Finance Team.
Job Description:
Reporting to the Trading Director and working independently, you will spearhead all operations activities. You will be responsible for producing presentation pack for MD to report back to HK HQ and focusing on sore analysis/product analysis/competitor analysis. Also, you are to propose solutions to any discrepancies with regards to customer satisfaction and operation excellence. You will work very closely with the China MD and provide support in key decisions such as new product launches, marketing promotions, procedural compliance, and operational training. You will ensure that all reporting activities are properly done in accordance to the company's policy. Furthermore, you will implement all company programs and strategies and plan them through effective marketing campaigns.
The Successful Applicant:
You are a graduate with a at least 3 years of experience within Operations. You must have excellent commercial acumen and understanding of the nature of a Chain operation / retail business. Experience in Business Analysis is a plus. Ideally, you have been at a company with a large number of employees. Additionally, relevant industry experience in Chain Operations and franchises (e.g. Retail, Hotel, Restaurant etc.) is a plus. Must have excellent written English, spoken above average.
