WebSphere Server Development Department in CDL is an integral part of worldwide WebSphere Server Development organization, covers WebSphere Application Infrastructure products including WAS Base/ND, WAS on z/OS, WebSphere Virtual Enterprise, WebSphere eXtreme Scale, WebSphere Compute Grid, and WebSphere sMash. CDL WAS team owns the mission of WAS Family Products System Verification Test(SVT), WebSphere Serviceability Tools SVT, WAS Installation Development, and WAS Hypervisor Edition Development. The other mission of the team is to bridge China clients with WAS product development to build China info into product meanwhile help grow China market.
We are looking for the talents to join us to innovate in this WebSphere/SOA foundation product and collaborate with our clients, also to work closely with Worldwide senior technical people.

Job Requirements (skills/experiences) :
Strong background on WebSphere Application Server or other J2EE application server products experiences.
A thorough understanding and hands on programming experience in Java/J2EE, XML, Web Services.
Strong skills on Database, and familiar with Unix/Linux operating system.
Advanced problem solving skills.
Good exposure to software development methodology, and experience in working with customers and industry solutions.
Experience in ISMP installation development, Ant and wsadmin scripting is a plus.
Experience in IBM PMR and L3 processes is a plus.
Experience in design and implementation of new technologies and products is a plus.
Fluent in the English language (both verbal and written)
Proactive, self-motivated team player with great communication, ownership and teamwork spirit.
