The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the company’s overseas investment portfolio. In this high-profile position, you will report to the Chief Investment Officer and conduct stand-alone channel marketing to help promote products. This position is also responsible for acting as liaison with our investment advisor, and working with our domestic investment team in China.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Construct and manage actively managed portfolios investing in overseas equity markets;
- Develop overseas investment strategies and market investment products to clients;
- Perform in-depth research on overseas companies and securities markets.
Qualified candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum five-year experience in equity investment in overseas market;
- Deep understanding of portfolio construction, stock selection, and asset allocation;
- Ability to perform in-depth industry/company research and construct investment portfolio;
- Ability to work in a team and in a multi-national environment;
- Fixed income or macro-economy related experience desired;
- Buy-side research experience preferred;
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
- Educated with master’s degree in related fields from a prestigious university; MBA/CFA preferred.
