The Global Business Solution Center (GBSC) GCG was founded in October 2006 in Beijing. The global GBSC team develops assets to support GBS in worldwide engagements. The team is divided into teams in India and GCG. In GCG there are teams in Beijing, Taipei and Shanghai. There are 500 people in India and 85 people in GCG. GBSC GCG has the mission for GBS assets in Intelligent Transportation, Banking front office, Cross-Industry assets and also develops assets in Healthcare, BAO and Water Management. The GBSC in GCG also has responsibility for localizing global assets across all industries for the GCG market and also harvesting local assets and making them available globally. We work with client teams and IBM Business Partners like SWG, STG, ISL and Research Labs and all of the solutions developed by us are equipped with the full breadth and depth of capabilities that IBM offers.
The Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC) also performs ongoing enhancement and maintenance of assets based on client needs. At GBSC we also provide delivery support and subject matter expertise for the solution assets. Overall GBSC is fully integrated into the broader IBM Global Delivery model leveraging IBM's capabilities to provide high quality solutions for our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Work under guidance of architect for integration solution/asset design, development and necessary documentation. Ensure the solution development is in line with the architecture design and support the Technical QA activities. The job includes pre-sales, consulting and implementation, such as to prepare and develop proposal, analyze integration requirements, present solution to clients and IBM teams, develop high quality code or perform a Proof of Concept (POC).
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Skills requirement:
Strong Java and Java EE development skills.
Solid application interation experience, familiar with ESB concept and integration patterns
Proficient in MQ, Web Service, JMS programming
Familiar with IBM WMQ, WMB, WESB product
Good design pattern thinking.
Good communication skills on business and technology
at least 1 year IT work experience
Personal Qualities
Good ownership on the assignment.
Good team work.
Self-motivated.
Others as plus
Familiar with WTX.
IBM product skills on WAS, WPS, RSA as a plus.
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates)
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or a related field
