Job details RETAIL TRAINING MANAGER


Responsibilities:

* Develop effective training programs to further enhance retail staff performance.
* Coordinate training programs on product, fashion trends, and sales process with relevant internal and/or external parties.
* Participate in the development of an assessment mechanism to identify future development needs as well as to align performance with incentive programs with relevant business partners.
* Participate in the monitoring and setting of training budgets and schedules


Requirements:

* Degree holder in Training and Development / Human Resources Management or related discipline with 5 years relevant experience, preferably in multi-national organizations (MUST)
* Solid experience in conducting training to front line sales of high end fashion / retail industry, with prior PRC exposure
* Mature, well organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong in analyzing needs, developing and evaluating programs, managing the training budget as well as fostering a learning culture and developing talents
* Excellency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin,
* High PC literacy
* Frequent travel to PRC is required
