Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

Full accountability for sales, profit and cash targets for the business in shanghai plant
- This will require the development and implementation of fully-
resourced plan to enable rapid growth objectives to be achieved.
- Be responsible for Finance, HR, IT, operation Production, customer service Quality and Engineering.
- Influence will be directly with shanghai manufacture team, plus dialy interface with the Expat team and regular (weekly) interface with site teams in US sites.
- Additional responsibilities will be to ensure the implementation of an effective
Quality System, and to oversee the roll-out of a
new ERP/Business System.
Qualification/Requirements:
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
- Extensive (15years+) experience in power or electric similar
Field
- As this is an operationially- based GM role, practitioner knowledge of modern manufacturing principles (principally lean, six sigma, JIT philosophies) is important.
- Must also be able to demonstrate experience in managing an operationally- based business to deliver sales, profit and cash targets.
- Should ideally possess experience in managing during a sustained period of rapid growth.
