Our client is US electric MNC, they’re seeking Asia IT Leader Hiring & SAP Consultancy Service in SH, and the ideal candidate should have solid experience in SAP and team leader experience in MNC. His/her primary focus will be SAP but will also have wider scope to lead IT team in Asia.

The position reports into Global IT Leader and Asia Finance Director
Team: 2 staffs in SH (SAP out source)
salary: 40000/month to 50000/month gross
Key responsibilities include:
Team Leader
• Lead team of analysts to address Production Support, User’s requests for training, Error Resolution and Process Enhancements for SAP 4.6, 4.7, ECC 6
• Assign work to and monitor performance of team members
• Supervise team members providing training, documentation and support as required to SAP
• Ability to manage 3rd party contract house arrangement
• Provide IT support to company locations in region
• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and provide resolution to all SAP related incidents and change requests
• General understanding of an IT organization; be point of contact for escalations in region and work with Headquarters to resolve as needed
SAP Business Analyst
• Responsible for new development and production support of SAP 4.6, 4.7, ECC 6
• Work within the established change control process to prioritize and implement process improvements and new functionality
• Working with users to understand business requirements
• Document business processes, test scripts and functional specifications
• Configuring and testing the system
• Creating master data
• Mapping data for conversions
• Providing training
• Responding to users’ requests for system support, changes or enhancements.
• Communicate system changes to business
• Work with SAP team members in the U.S.
Position requirements:
• 3 to 5 years configuring and administering SAP 4.6, 4.7, ECC 6
• 3 to 5 years prior team lead experience
• Prior experience with system deployments and business process development
• Solid understanding of SAP 4.6, 4.7, ECC 6; emphasis on Sales & Distribution; FICO or Production Planning
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Business
Excellent verbal and written Chinese and English communication skills
