Salary: up to $150,000 basic

Idealpeople are looking to appoint on behalf of a multi-billion-dollar turnover organisation. The role will be based in China reporting into a locally based Director.
The opportunity presents a unique chance to work in a newly established BU within the established and secure umbrella of a household name in Data Services, Research and Analytics, so it’s got a start up flavour and requires someone who can act both strategically and tactically, managing sales, projects and clients in a very hands-on fashion.
I’m looking for a Principal Consultant or Senior Manager. This is the second China hire for this division of this firm and will involve:
• Assisting with the Practice Growth Plan, Hiring/Consultant Development & Training.
• C-level engagement and delivery with clients
• Becoming subject matter expert in business issue analysis, solution framework, insights, recommendations, final decks, presentations and evolving and owning all these features.
• Business Development and Sales, from lead generation to close
• Influencing product roadmaps in R&D to pair with the clients current and future needs, including one-off concepts that can be productized.
I need a person who is:
• Already working for a tier-one Consulting firm* at Associate, Engagement Manager, Manager, Project Manager, Senior Manager level (ideally with some focus on FMCG, Retail, CPG)
• Strong Business Development/Sales and Project Initiation Experience
• C-level communicator and influencer
• A big picture, quantitative ‘solutions thinker’ who can connect data and analytical assets to client problems.
*PLEASE NOTE: Tier One Consulting Firms include: Booz, Bain, Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey, E&Y, ATK etc
