Job details WebSphere Multichannel Bank Transformation Toolkit (WMBTT) is one of very few critical development projects at CDL. WMBTT team owns the full cycle of development, ranging from the Offering Team, architecture, development, test, presales support and post-sales support. WMBTT product itself is the only Banking Front Office product within IBM to meet ever-growing demands of channel and channel renovation in world-wide banks. WMTT provides a WebSphere based solution framework and development tools to assist customers with front office application development and expedite their road-to-market.

Job Responsibilities:

- Involve full development cycle on new product release
- Work for high level and low level component design, perform professional software product development
- Trouble shooting customer reported issues on maintenance release in a timely fashion and with high customer satisfaction
- Provide innovative ideas and PoC to improve BTT product
- Be able to identify and solve complex problems in product and related solutions
- Well communicate with all team members and management team on status and progress

Job Requirements (skills/experiences):

Professional development experience in Java enterprise applications for at least 8 years
Rich project experience on internet banking, teller, multi-channel integration or CRM solution for at least 5 years
Deep domain knowledge on requirements of banking front end system
A thorough understanding and hands on programming experience in Java/J2EE, XML, Web Services, Spring, Hibernate
Knowledge of formal architecture design methodology in UML, OO design
Advanced problem solving skills
Good communication and leadership skills
Quick learning and self motivated
Customer facing experience is a strong plus
Knowledge of IBM SW products is a plus

Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates):

Education: Master/Bachelor degree major in Computer Science or related.
Language: Native Chinese/Mandarin required, Fluent English
