It’s just a shame we can’t tell you more about the company who are hiring. It’s a confidential search, so all we can tell you is they are a global firm, specialists in outsourcing software and services and a t/o just shy of $100m USD (up about 20% on last year). We need a person who can oversee, lead, inspire and motivate a team of SVP’s in each region (mainly US/EU) – taking them to a NASDAQ listing within 2 years, and a revenue goal of $300m.
The qualifying criteria for this is so simple it’s a very beautiful thing.
In order to get a reply from us, you *must* have successfully ran (and Ideally be running) a P&L of more than $150-$200m for which you are personally accountable.
In order to be considered you must be *must* experienced in overseeing the sales of software or services.
Ideal background might include someone with a track record in ITO/BPO and especially outsourced R&D.
You will be the TOP person, in your organisation in Sales, not just working regionally but GLOBALLY and probably with a title like:

Head of Global Sales
VP of Sales (International)
International Business Development Director
