Job details Idealpeople have been instructed to appoint a Sales Director (S/China) on behalf of a front-running, dominant market player in the IT / Software and Services space.

Selling software that helps customers make more sense out of their Data, enabling improved customer relationships and optimizing sales, they are an international firm with more than 150 Consulting and IT Staff in China.

With an open, integrated and fast based culture, they seek to hire an experienced IT Sales Director for a role which combines hands on elements with strong, motivational leadership. Charged with a team of 5 in Guangzhou and Chengdu, you will be responsible for a 20m RMB P&L, targeting new business, mainly in Retail, Trading/Logistics/Shipping, Manufacturing and Financial Services.

We require:

An Exceptional track record in motivating, leading and managing the performance of a direct sales team in the IT industry.

Strong local contacts, and an ability to create a strong revenue channel in the shortest possible time.

Experience and understanding of the IT space, ideally solution selling experience in either CRM, ERP, or SaaS software (and services).

Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Located in or willing to relocate to Guangzhou.

Ability to travel up to 70%.
