Job details Our client is a MNC retailing company. A Training Manager is currently sought to join its HR Department.

Responsibilities:

* Identify training and development needs of managerial and frontline staff
* Plan, design, organize and conduct various training programs for the corporate office and for the support of overall retail expansion, productivity growth, new product launch as well as retail operations management at the store level
* Develop comprehensive training needs analysis, compile training budget, and strategize and implement effective organization development and L&D programs.

Requirements:

* Degree holder, or tertiary education, with 6 years plus relevant training experience preferably in retail, FMCG and fashion industries
* With strong leadership and communication skills, you have proven train-the trainer experience
* Familiar with training tools
* Very well command of Mandarin and English
* Presentable, you have strong organization and planning skills and are creative and resourceful. You will be able to work under pressure and achieve tasks on time

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Senior Manager Position.
