Our client is a listed manufacturer with a strong global presence. Due to rapid expansion in Asia they seek to appoint a Head of Accounting to lead all financial operations across the region.
The successful candidate will manage a sizeable accounting team and be responsible for all key accounting operations whilst maintaining oversight for accounts receivable and payable. The position will report directly to the Global Controller and be responsible for reviewing and reengineering the department’s current processes; driving continuous improvement within the group.
To qualify for this position you will require a degree and a professional accounting qualification and significant experience of managing sizable financial accounting teams within a manufacturing environment. You will require 15 years accounting experience including prior tenure in a professional accounting firm. Your strong communication and management skills will be underpinned by consummate professionalism and high integrity. A high level of technical finance capability and fluency in English and Mandarin are essential.
