We are a boutique search firm specializing in senior level financial and financial IT head hunting, we are currently looking for an experienced Accounting Executive to manage all accounting functions within our firm.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for running the accounting functions independently
• Accounts payable/receivable and book keeping
• Responsible for credit management and invoicing
• Carry out cash flow analysis
• Dealing with company and individual taxation
• Working closely with outsourced accountants
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports
Requirements:
• At least 3 years relevant accounting experience
• Degree in Accounting or any other related field
• Experience with Quickbook and multi currency
• Fluency in English and Cantonese is a MUST
• Attention to detail, pro active and a team player
• Good interpersonal skills
