Our client is a global financial services who has a growing business in China, they are now seeking a qualified candidate to oversee the office operations.
Responsibilities:
-Ensure operating procedures and standards are followed by outsourced service providers
- Manage facility operations eg electical, fire services,security access, space etc
- Manage all client service related issues, including reception, mail services, printing, housekeeping, air travel, hotels, ground transportation, catering, office environment etc
-Authorize the procurement and invoicing of supplies / services, monitor metric reporting, and enhance where required
- Liaise with various internal departments to ensure contingency plans for operations crisis and Business Continuity Plans are maintained
- Maintain close relationships to internal clients ie various department in Finance, operations, front office etc
Requirements:
- 10 years + working for global financial services or MNC in similar capacity, overseeing office space of over 300 headcount
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory
- Ideal candidate would come from a Facilities Management/Engineering/Business background
- Track record in financial business planning/ budgeting/vendor management
