Our client is one the biggest names in international law. They are now looking for a Mandarin speaking Corporate/M&A lawyer at the mid to senior level for their Hong Kong Corporate Practice.
You must be Hong Kong admitted, with solid experience in M&A deals. You must speak Mandarin
The work will be very diverse as the team gets involved in a whole host of big ticket transactions. A top class career path will be mapped out for you in what is a very collegiate atmosphere. Their Hong Kong office focuses on a full range of corporate, corporate finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, structured finance, project finance and energy transactions. Their attorneys in Hong Kong often work in tandem with their attorneys in Beijing, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo, the United States and Europe to serve their clients in Asia, handling matters in mainland China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
Their clients in Hong Kong have included major multinational corporations, leading investment banks and commercial banks, domestic companies, investors and developers in a broad spectrum of industries. They have represented their clients on many of the highest profile deals in Asia.
