The role is within their Banking and Finance group and is a newly created role for a 4 – 6 year PQE/PAE lawyer with a solid background in this field. Ideally you will have spent time in house at a major financial institution either on secondment or time in house.
Ideally you will have some private equity experience as well as general banking experience (share charges, syndicated loans etc.) And language skills would also be a plus but not essential.
