Job Description:
Reporting to General Manager, you will essentially be responsible for financial planning process in Asia Pacific. You will support the Head of Finance in preparing quarterly financial and management reports, monthly forecasting, financial analysis, operational analysis and annual budget submissions, and support with a variety of projects including developing and updating quarterly rolling five year plan and benchmarking of operations. Key responsibilities will include:• Development of Strategic Business Plan • Preparation of budgeting, planning and forecasting• Liaison with regional Finance Departments • Development of budgeting and forecasting processes in the region• Consolidation and analysis of the overall budget and forecast• Ensuring the compliance of regional and global policies• Analysis of key spend and business drivers
The Successful Applicant:
The successful candidate should be a degree holder with at least 8 years relevant experience in finance or business planning and related disciplines. Experience in FMCG industry would be an advantage. Professional qualification is a must. The roles require highly self motivated and driven individuals with a strong desire to progress into senior management positions. Excellent communication, interpersonal and advanced analytical skills are essential. You must be proficient in computer literacy with strong business acumen. Proficient in Excel with knowledge of ERP and SAP preferred. These roles will be based in Hong Kong and require fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
