Job Description:
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead all operational aspects of the business. This will include full responsibility for the finance, risk, IT and other key operational areas of this business. You will have a number of direct reports and be hands on in key business issues as they occur.
The Successful Applicant:
You will have at least 10 years of experience and be currently working as a Chief Operations Officer or Chief Administration Officer in a Financial Services business. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy change and be self assured and confident in your decision making ability. Prior experience in the financial services sector will be highly regarded.
