    Key Activities/Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification in absence of an existing client relationship or opportunity

  • Focus on large, complex deals and getting new business with networking

  • Drive prospecting including identifying, engaging and qualifying appropriate clients in conjunction with professional Business Development Managers (BDM).

  • Identify and organize appropriate team leaders and staffing understanding leadership, management and technical skill sets required.

  • Ability to effectively set up Projects for success with overall, consistent and predictable project quality.

    Primarily accountable for qualified pipeline generation, but also deal closure

  • Collaborate with client teams, industry leads, and growth platforms to leverage and build upon new client relationships

  • Participate in account planning and call planning

  • Initiate and shape campaigns that align with industry, growth platform and client priorities





    Qualifications

    Minimum of 8 plus years of selling experience, including the following**:

  • Experience in selling big outsourcing deals (ie over US$ 3-5 million)

  • Experience and knowledge of solutions like SAP, Siebel etc would be preferred

  • Offshore/cross border sales experience an advantage

  • Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Logistics, Life sciences, Financial Services is a distinct advantage and preferable

  • A proven track record against multiple million dollar sales targets

  • Experience in structuring, pitching and selling large scale projects to Fortune 100 firms

  • Proven experience working with executive suite clients

  • Ability to guide others through complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty

  • Advance sales and marketing skills

  • Global expertise and perspective

  • Executive level presence and influence

  • Exceptional communications skills

  • Application of out-of-box thinking

  • Excellent business acumen and industry acumen

  • Excellent negotiation, mediation, & conflict management skills

  • Relationship building and influencing skills

  • Undergraduate degree, advance university degree preferred, though not essential

  • Travel Requirements: Based in Singapore; travel will be required to Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines (25%)

  • Mandarin Speaking would be preferred
