We are seeking a qualified Accounts Assistant/Executive to join our team on a 3 to 6 month contract basis. We are looking for the position to commence in early January 2009.
Reporting to the Managing Director, your main responsibilities will include the following:
Contractor payroll
CPF for contractors
Invoices
Weekly revenue reports
Billing
Supplier payment
As the successful candidate you will have the following:
Diploma in Accountancy
3 years experience in Accounts or Accounts Payable
Meticulous and possess an eye for detail
Proficient in MS office
Able to multi-task
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A good team player, with initiative
Able to work independently and efficiently
This role is only available to Singapore residents.
