Our client, based in Shanghai, is now looking to recruit experienced Associates to join their well regarded Corporate Department.
Applicants will have at least 3 years of solid corporate experience involving cross border transactions gained with an international or city firm. You will also have solid private and public M&A and private equity experience.
Mandarin is preferred but not essential.
