Our highly regarded client is now looking to add to their Corporate Department with the recruitment of experienced Associates to work at their Beijing office.
Ideal candidates will be common law or US qualified with a minimum of 3 years corporate experienced gained with an international or City firm. You should have solid international M&A and private equity experience.
The successful candidate will have strong experience f IPO transactions, including sound Hong Kong listing rules and stock exchange knowledge. In addition, you will have good academics and a strong technical and commercial background.
Mandarin is preferred, but not essential.
