Responsibilities:
•To supervise the collection and collation of property data for the company and to co-ordinate and execute research assignments for external clients as required on an ad hoc basis;
•To set up effective due diligence procedures to ensure accuracy of data and reports produced are of a superior quality;
•To prepare client briefings, press releases, in-house publications on a regular basis
•To prepare PowerPoint and participate in job pitching presentations;
To work with other business line leaders to use research to drive client-based initiatives with the benefit of the broader support of the Greater China research team;
•To assist the Senior Director of Research to build a successful research team that can consistently produce high quality research work; and
•To carry out any other assignments as directed by the Management.

Requirements:
•University graduate, majoring in surveying, statistics or economics;
•At least five years’ experience in property-related field, of which two must be in a supervisory role undertaking property research/consulting assignments in a multinational firm;
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint;
•Fluent English speaker, competent writing skills in English and Chinese; and
•Ability to handle complex data and articulate research findings and opinions succinctly.
