Responsibilities:
•Manage and lead Office and Retail Services business lines in Shenyang;
•Work closely with the Senior Managing Director – China and Managing Director - Dalian on business development, business strategies and strategy implementation for Agency Services;
•Lead all staff in servicing existing instructions, nurturing client relationships and cultivating repeat business and referrals;
•Motivate and build agency businesses; and
•Build up a successful track record, working with developers, tenants and landlords.
Requirements:
•University graduate in Business, Real Estate Management or equivalent;
•A minimum eight years’ real estate experience in commercial, retail, residential or industrial services; candidates with management experience essential;
•At least three years’ working experience in the China market;
•A proven track record in sales and marketing and execution of deals;
•Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;
•Ability to demonstrate leadership skills with experience in managing a team;
•Be highly disciplined and proactive with an appetite for challenges; and
•Outgoing personality and ability to work under pressure.
