A Top Tier International Law Firm is now looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Partner/Associate to join their Hong Kong office.
Our client is interested to hear from Partners/Associates who can demonstrate a strong background in a wide range of Corporate Finance matters including Equity Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate Advisory.
In addition, you should possess strong leadership and business development skills. A following is desirable although not essential.
Ideally, you will be Hong Kong qualified and have Chinese language skills. However, our client will consider applications from candidates who are not Hong Kong qualified and/or do not have Chinese language skills.
