Job Overview
Candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of assigned projects and lead them through out the project lifecycle. Responsibilities will extend to problem handling and solving at both the business requirements and programming levels. They will also coordinate change management to the respective environments whilst working closely with the respective support staff and system owners residing in different teams.
The candidate is also expected to coach and mentor various team members on technical aspects as well as leading team aspects.
The candidate is expected to display professional ethics in his/her approach to work and exhibit a high level leadership within a dynamic working environment. The role demands an expert leader who has in depth knowledge of the latest key tools and technologies, a commitment to innovation, automation, and doing the right thing.

Functioning as a technical thought leader, interprets and influencers business strategy, objectives and requirements and designs and develops business applications
Researches and recommends application solutions and new technologies in support of the strategic direction of the company
Researches and recommends the applications of appropriate models, methods, tools, and technologies to achieve company-wide business solutions
Ensure that the standard methodologies are applied in all projects
Improve the productivity and quality of system development teams by promoting high standards and best practices
Ensure adherence to processes and assist in facilitating the ongoing review and enhancement of these processes.
Good demonstration/role model of values and cultures to staff
Leading a team of several project managers covering different regions like Japan, Europe, HK and make sure knowledge transfer to develop and grow local talents
Work with country heads and other key stakeholders on smooth project execution and technology innovation
Review and advise on company-wide technical designs and provides innovative solutions
Experience / Qualification / Key Skills / Attributes
- Establishes long-range targets and works under consultative direction to achieve results
- Has comprehensive decision-making authority over technical issue and project policies, standards and strategies
- Bachelor degree; 12 + years of experience with In-depth understanding and knowledge of China, India BPO industry
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and strong execution of translating and incorporating business vision and strategy to architectural strategy recommendation at enterprise level
- Identifies and consults with internal and external technical resources to produce enterprise-wide strategic planning
