I need a person who can lead an expert team made up of Architects, Interior Designers and Industrial/Product Designers. So you must understand management.
I need a person who can lead the 'architecture' of completely original design ideas that make up "retail experiences" for consumers here in China. So you must have hands-on experience in the design of event stands, buildings, or other notable interior design projects - most ideally retail experiences.
I need a person convincing enough to present wild and innovative idea streams to the most conservative CEOs iin the world. So you must have experience in preparing and delivering pitches and winning.
The person I need has almost certainly won awards for DESIGN INNOVATION.
I need a person with a strong academic background in a Design Related Subject (EG Industrial Design, Product Design, Design Education & Management)
I need a person with good China skills.
You are already, and have previously existed on earth as:
Part Architect, Part Interior Designer, Part Salesperson, Part Industrial/Product Designer, Part Leader of People. CAD Expert. Human Factors Expert. User Experience Expert. Aesthete. Artist. Ideas Sculptor. Inventor. Innovator. Genius.
Creator of new and cool things.
A speaker (native) of Mandarin Chinese and English.
