A leading international Law Firm is now looking to recruit a Property Lawyer to join the Commercial Real Estate Team for a Permanent position.
The post holder will be an Associate within the team and will have the opportunity to work with leaders in this field for both international and local clients across a variety of industry sectors.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years PQE with experience of commercial leasing work, property finance, title review, resolution of title issues, sale and purchase, and property aspects of securities transactions. Experience of real estate, merger and acquisition would be highly regarded.
Interested candidates will be proficient in Chinese, both written and spoken.
