Essential Responsibilities - Internal : The Strategic Leader works as a key member of the region team in support of achieving the region's growth target. Take the lead for the growth vision, growth strategy and growth realization.
•Responsible for screening the portfolio and market to seek the growth opportunity
•Develop ideas and strategy (organic and inorganic) for business growth
•Develop growth rationale to convince all the stake holders
•Play the role to drive imple! mentation all the growth strategy
Qualifications/Requirements - Internal : •B.S or B.Eng university education, power industry related
•5+ years experience within T&D or related industry. Good understanding on the technical/industry trend. Good understanding on the competition status in the marketplace
•Strong strategic thinking.
•Experience on BD initiatives
•Demonstrated strong capability on project execution
•High motivation level, self starter with strong leadership and negotiation skills
•Good written & oral skills in Mandarin and English
•Good communication skill with multi-functional team
•Good knowledge of international trade
•Teamwork spirit
•Certified Green Belt preferred
