Typical Key Responsibilities:
• Leading a team of 2 Trade Support Analysts, this includes coaching, ensuring processes are documented; improving current processes; personal and professional support; providing a contact and single-point of-accountability for the team
• Trader limits monitoring and reporting
• Daily clearing of the trades with brokers and internal clients.
• Reconciliation of daily trades and open positions to broker. Reporting and resolution of daily differences.
• Position reporting to the internal clients.
• Production, monitoring and reporting of daily P&L’s, mark-to-market and risk reports.
• Daily broker margin and settlement payments.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a Trade Support role within a Bank or Broker
• Leadership skills
• Committed and deadline oriented
• Able to think out of the box and take responsibility to bring the Trade Support function to a higher level.
• Excellent communication skills are required (knowledge or willing to learn Mandarin is a plus)
• Knowledge about SHFE and LME
• In depth knowledge of the System Trinity is a plus.
