Our client is leading fortune 500, they're seeking regional GM in GZ, This position will cover Fujian , Hainan, Shenzhen , Jiangxi , Guangxi , Guangdong.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor Degree and approximately 10+ years industrial electrical selling experience and 5+ years of sales leadership experience, MBA with Sales & Marketing focus is preferred
* Self-Confident, effective influencing and negotiation skills.
* Strong commercial skill, analysis and judgment capability
* Strong Interpersonal Skills.
* Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
* Strong language skill in both English and mandarin.
* Demonstrated leadership to drive multiple functional teams and businesses to meet sales goals with high energy
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Build/Lead the Channel Sales & Project Direct Sales Team
* Hold accountable for region P&L growth
* Ability to create and implement marketing and sales strategies that align company's resources with solutions to the customers' needs.
* Ability to develop, penetrate and expand key customers within the major vertical and geographic markets by use of a total solutions approach.
* Work closely with all function teams to meet forecasted sales goals.
* Communicate product needs and competitive offering to the product management groups.
