A number of key opportunities exist in Suzhou office within the specialist fields above for the role of a recruitment consultant.
Key responsibilities:
- service and develop client relationships
- select and match candidates for assignments including managing the interview process, salary negotiations and candidate management
- meet and exceed all key performance indicators such as monthly revenue targets, client and candidate activity and advertisement sales
- business development to create new client relationships
- previous working experience in a Big 4 is a plus(for Commerce Finance sector)
Key requirements:
- proven track record in account/relationship management, as well as business development
- an energetic and ambitious degree-educated individual
- a university degree or above with excellent English communication skills
- more than two years’ experience with multinational companies, ideally with a proven sales background or experience working in a HR consulting/research firm
- a self-motivated individual with a strong drive and desire to achieve success
- exceptional sales and marketing acumen, as well as strong communication, people coaching and management skills
