Its solutions are based on their specially designed platform, a unique combination of global private and public capital market data and technology that enables end-users to draw deep market insights, generate better ideas, leverage relationships, and simplify workflow.
Clients can deploy the platform either as a standalone solution or seamlessly integrate its components into existing business applications and portals.
Our client is searching for an experienced, high quality Account Manager candidate to join their Content Acquisition team in Hong Kong. Their Account Managers work closely with their Business and Client Development teams to grow and support their base of third-party content suppliers to the platform.
The suppliers their Account Managers support include the leading sell-side and independent research publishers.
Position Responsibilities:
• Build solid relationships with each supplier and collaborate with internal research, technology, and support teams to ensure content is delivered and entitled in a timely way and each supplier is receiving first-class support.
• Partner with broker support team members to ensure day-to-day support of all suppliers in coverage universe. Act as primary liaison with supplier to escalate and resolve critical operational issues.
• Use relationships to increase adoption of the service and leads to the firm’s client development personnel.
Candidate Requirements:
• You must already be based in Hong Kong; relocation for this role is not an option.
• A solid and demonstrated understanding of the financial markets
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Established relationship building and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-based environment
• Extensive travel required
• Over 3 years of customer service and/or direct sales experience in the financial markets/investment sector.
• Fluency in English and Chinese language skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
