Our client is a sizable international fashion retail company with extensive presence in China.
This is a key position in which you will be leading the Regional Retail Operations Controllers in managing the overall P&L performance of the assigned brand on national basis. You will enhance sales operation efficiency of the company by strategizing and developing effective short term and long term business plan to achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets and business objectives. You will develop and implement strategic plans to support retail store development and raise awareness of the brand.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree qualified
- At least 8 years relevant experience of which 4 years in managerial level (with fashion retail chain store management is a MUST)
- Good business sense and insight of casual wear market are required
- Proficiency communication and presentation skills in English & Mandarin (spoken & written) will be essential
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Regional Retail Operations Controller and be assigned to look after a specific region in China.
