Our client is a leading brand-name fashion company in the casual wear market with a global presence in over 100 countries.
You will be responsible for
* Defining training strategies for the Greater China region (HK, Taiwan and PRC) region in line with business requirements and facilitate the regions to identify training needs to support the overall retail expansion, productivity growth, new product launch, retail service excellence as well as retail operations management at the store level.
* Leading the training team and local trainers (HK, TWN, BJ, SH, GZ) to identify, provide and support retail training needs, and engage in Train-the- Trainer activities.
* Formulate training program evaluation strategy, including on site observation and coaching and evaluate trainers performance focusing on business result especially on trainer ROI.
* Co-ordinate with Asia Pacific Division for training resources and initiate creative training approach to address changing business needs.
Requirements:
* Degree holder, or tertiary education, with 8 years plus relevant training experience preferably in retail, FMCG and fashion industries
* With strong leadership and communication skills, you have proven train-the trainer experience
* Familiar with training tools and HRIS system
* Very well commend of Cantonese, Mandarin and English with direct experience in China market.
* Presentable, you have strong organization and planning skills and are creative and resourceful. You will be able to work under pressure and achieve tasks on time
