They are seeking for a talented individual to deliver reliable and sustainable yield and productivity enhancement on high power brightness LED-based lamp at the China-based manufacturing line in high volume manufacturing mode.
Responsibilities
Drive yield improvement and productivity enhancement majority
Analyze large data sets, investigate process details, and quickly understand issues on hand
Communicate ongoing activities effectively with both local and international teams
Conduct root cause investigations, failure analysis and corrective action reporting and implementation
Requirements
Degree or above in Materials Science, Manufacturing Engineering or relevant
3-5 years experience with microelectronics manufacturing equipment and processes
Volume chip/wire based component or module production experience
Expertise at LED component or module materials and production
Fluency in Mandarin and English and proficiency in computer applications
