Managing a team of researchers, your main responsibility is to ensure quality delivery of service to the assigned clients in order to achieve the set financial objectives and other operational performance indicators.

Job Summary:

• Work with leading retailers, provide insightful information on the market and customers using an unmatched combination of innovative approaches
• Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needs
• Undertake sales activities independently in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships with clients
• Coach and guide the junior researchers assigned to work with incumbent

Typical Position Pre-requisites:

• University graduate, preferably in Business / Marketing / Statistics or relevant discipline
• 8 years relevant experiences, in which minimum 2-3 years in agency-based customized research (quantitative) or equivalent experiences is a MUST
• Good knowledge in retail industry is preferable
• Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
• Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
• Strong client servicing and project management skills
• Good presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
• Effective writing skills in Chinese and English
