Store Renovation and Interior Design Focus – MNC Fashion Retail Company
Our client is a sports and fashion company with extensive presence in Hong Kong. Due to continuous growth and expansion, a Retail Development Manager is now sought to join the organization.
You will oversee the overall store project management for the company. Your key focus will include site selection and recommendation, selection and liaison of key vendors for store renovation projects. You will also manage all aspects of the store design process from design inception and construction management until completion of the project. You will manage effective budget for all stores and control all project costs and capital expenditure. You will negotiate with vendors for cost control and analyze all tender documents for review and comparison. Furthermore, you will work closely with all external parties including contractors, consultants and other suppliers and all internal departments in finance, marketing and retail operations.
Territory qualified in interior design or related discipline, you will have 5 years experience in retail store project management and renovation with at least 3 years in managerial level. Detail oriented and with strong appreciation of design, you will possess excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
