Our client is a leading European fashion and accessory brand who is actively looking for an experienced professional in retail operations. You will be in-charge of day-to-day operations in store at premium location, leading the store team to provide the best customer service to customers and achieving store business targets by motivating your team. You will analyze product sales performance and inventory needs, communicate inventory needs with buying team and take according action.

With 5 years’ retail experience from the high or middle end fashion retailing industry, you should be an experienced professional in store operations, staff management and customer management. You have strong communication skills, as you will be required to lead and motivate staff. Fluency in English, Cantonese is required and Mandarin is preferred.

*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager or Supervisor
