Report to: Commercial Director-South China
Responsibilities:
• Provide a comprehensive technical and marketing service, to both internal and external customers, enhancing the company’s position within the industry, developing and marketing a successful product range.
• Responsible for generation all Technical specification standard and data for training, brochures and sample rooms.
• Responsible for generation all Technical specification and data to designers and design institutes.
• Direct management of 5 technical supporting officers & 9 technical instructors & 2 trainers in South China area
• Development of product approval through specification
• Maintain and develop prime technical support to both internal staff and external customers
• Contribute to industry standards
• Help with production issues
• Directly deal with product quality issues
• New product launching
Requirements:
• Have bachelor degree of civil engineering. At least 5-year relevant experience.
• Sound engineering or chemical knowledge.
• Good in communication and work under pressure.
• Good commercial awareness gained from direct involvement within the construction industry
• Have management skills gained from previous experiences of personnel responsibilities
• Good command of English.
• Be capable of CAD drawing and other computer software.
