The engineer needs to provide Onboard Hardware Design support as part of Thales China project scope.
1. Hardware Design Support for Greenfield Projects.
2. Interface with ASB and TRSSI on HW Issues.
3. Participating in HW Liason meetings with the Customer and their sub-contractors wrt HW issues.
4. Create VOBC Hardware subrack design specification
5. Create VOBC Hardware interface drawings according to the specification
6. Create VOBC I/O map
7. Update the hardware design and create ECN for it
Requirements,
1. University Degree in Electrical Engineering
2. At least 3 years experience in an electronics design environment
3. Experience developing embedded hardware, electronic controllers for aircraft or other vehicles.
4. Knowledge of communication busses (RS 485, CANBUS, ECAN)
5. Knowledge of circuit design principles, board design and also blackbox level design
6. Computer literate with knowledge of AutoCAD, ORCAD, MS-Office
7. Understanding of Hardware Qualification principles
8. Can work well under stress,
9. Deadline oriented, raise questions and suggest solutions
10. Full command of English
