Our client is a leading software company, they are currently seeking for a WLAN Switch/AP Technical Lead to join their team.
They are setting up a R&D center with more than 50 engineers in China for a world leading solution provider of enterprise wireless LAN, who firstly introduces NonStop Wireless solutions to the customer requiring mobility and high bandwidth.
As a newly established R&D center, they are looking for most experienced talents who can devote in delivering the world class WLAN products. Work Location: Beijing, Shanghai or Hang Zhou, PRC
Qualifications / Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics / Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or other related discipline.
3 to 5+ years of experience working in Telecommunications, Enterprise or other related industries.
Minimum 1 year technical leadership experience.
Demonstrated technical leadership and software programming Proficiency using C, C++, and Object Oriented technologies.
Rich experience on low layer development such as driver, BSP, boot loader, middleware or kernel on Linux, vxWorks or QNX.
Rich experience in IP network domain with deep understanding to TCP/IP, QoS, Tunneling, routing and switching technologies.
Rich experience in developing data network products.
Experience with software engineering and lifecycle management.
Good written and oral communication skills in English, CET-6 holder is preferred.
Pluses:
Knowledge of 802.11 protocol suite and WLAN development is a plus.
Experience in developing data network products is a plus
Knowledge of RF, Regulatory, OFDM or MIMO is a plus.
Prior work experience in the US or with US based multi-national firms is a plus.
