Our client is a leading software company; they are urgently seeking for a Software Architecture Manager to join their team in Beijing.
They are setting up a R&D center with more than 50 engineers in China for a world leading solution provider of enterprise wireless LAN, who firstly introduces NonStop Wireless solutions to the customer requiring mobility and high bandwidth.
As a newly established R&D center, they are looking for most experienced talents who can devote in delivering the world class WLAN products. Location: Beijing, China
Responsibilities:
Lead a team with 10 members to make the network management software
Responsible for discussing the requirement with the client and leading the team to make the architecture design
Resource assignment and management
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English skills
At least 8 years of prior software development experience
Proficiency in the Java programming language
Experience in building network management solutions for 802.11 wireless systems or other data networking and telephony systems
Management experience including cross-site development
BS degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area
Plus:
Prior work experience in the US or with US based multi-national firms
Agile project management experience using XP, Scrum or other methodologies
