Job details This is a sales and account management position responsible for the sales activities for existing and new clients for Banking Software and Professional Services Consultancy. As an Account Manager you will work with operations and service delivery teams to ensure the overall customer experience is in line with Business standards, and that sales opportunities are optimised.

Your main responsibilities as a Sales Manager will involve:

• Developing a territory strategy that promotes and sells software licenses as well as consultancy services
• Building high level relationships within customer organisations to achieve value added sales
• Ensuring that new accounts are implemented in a timely and accurate manner
• Acting as a member of regional and global account teams to ensure that account planning, customer engagement and customer solutions are part of the overall customer service matrix
• Managing the Business's mix of conferencing products and services to ensure the optimum level of recurring and one-off business
• Working to understand the competitive environment within the country and region, including the major players the history and trends in the conferencing market

Your skills and qualifications as a Sales Manager will ideally include:
• An determined and focus individual who can work with a team with the right set of interpersonal skills to bring about sales
• At least 8 yrs of sales experience
• Track record of sales of software solutions particularly in Financial Banking sector
• Strong Network of Contacts in Banking sector
• A demonstrable ability to communicate effectively and appropriately with leading management levels
• A Degree in Finance and IT is a much
• English language skills to a business standard
