Minimum Requirements:
• Masters in Electric Engineering, Electromagnetic and Microwave technique, Communication Engineering,
• Deep understanding of the principals of Antenna, RF/MW circuit, Radar system, Communication system, RF/MW passive components，MMIC/LTCC etc.
• Master with 4 to 7 years experience, or Ph.D with 2 years experience in design of Antenna, RF/MW circuit and passive components,
• Working knowledge of Ansoft Designer ,HFSS or Agilent ADS or is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, visualization and problem solving skills
• Good Skill of presentation and demonstration
• Good Skill of writing and speaking in English
• Interested in working with customers and willing to travel on regular basis
• Willing and ability to travel frequently all China and oversea.
