• Masters in Motor, Electromechanical, Automatic Control engineering
• Deep understanding of the principals of Motor, Electromechanical, EV or HEV, Driver System design, Aerospace electronic power system design.
• With 4 to 7 years experience for Master, or 2 Year Experience for Ph.D in design of Motor and Motor control circuit, control system design with a strong emphasis on 3D electromagnetic simulation，
• Working knowledge of Ansoft Maxwell 3D, Simplorer is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical, visualization and problem solving skills
• Good Skill of presentation and demonstration
• Good Skill of writing and speaking in English
• Interested in working with customers and willing to travel on regular basis
• Willing and ability to travel frequently all China and oversea.
