About Our Client:
Our client is one of the leading energy storage systems and solutions providers in the world. In order to support the global sales business, now they are looking for a Solution Manager based in Beijing.
Job Description:
Reporting to the CTO, you will responsible for leading the solution and technical sales teams, providing solution planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Detailed duties will be:
* Provide business and technical validation for solution sales.
* Primary interface for energy storage solution identification, specification, creation and lifecycle of a specific solution (e.g. concept, design, solution launch, delivery and lifecycle management).
* Create, coordinate and execute go-to-market plan for solutions by teaming with R&D, Marketing, Delivery, Sales, and Channel.
* Assist with design and delivery of training for sales teams and others.
* Identify and coordinate delivery requirements for solution.
The Successful Applicant:
* Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering. (MBA preferred).
* At least 10 years experience in power utility industry or renewable energy industry with more than 5 years as Solution manager role.
* Proven success in solution development and product management in power utility industry or renewable energy industry.
* More than 5 years management experience.
* Must be able to travel around the world 30% of the time.
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
* Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
