Job details You will be responsible for the entire buying process and range selection of ladies ready-to-wear and fashion accessories for the China and Hong Kong markets.

* Strategic planning and execution of all buying and merchandising functions including OTB calculation and budgeting
* Manage inventory costs, sales forecast, gross profit margin to achieve sales & profit targets
* Analyze brand performance , customer behaviour and world fashion trends and identify potential and rising brands in Europe/US markets to enrich brand porfolio feedback and analysis to the general management and other divisions
* Attend fashion shows and buying meetings overseas; and conduct market research regularly for trends and product opportunities
* Work closely with Retail Operations and Marketing department to formulate product sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

* Degree in Textile & Clothing/Fashion Design/Business Administration/Marketing
* Minimum 5 years experience in Ready-To-Wear buying for high end fashion brands, experience with multi-brand buyingn will be an advantage
* Strong fashion and commercial sense with strong analytical skills.
* Strong leadership and team building skills, including the ability to motivate, negotiate and influence effectively across departments, divisions and the larger organization.
* Superb presentation and communication skills, with excellent command in English and Mandarin
